THE BEGINNINGS

Born in the quiet city of El Paso, Texas, on September 4, 1996, a remarkable journey began. Little did anyone know that a military child's life would unfold into a story of dedication, resilience, and triumph. Born into a family that embraced the unpredictability of military life, Darius Fulghum quickly learned to adapt to change as they moved from El Paso to the picturesque landscapes of Germany, and then back to the familiar grounds of Killeen, Texas in 2000.

Attending Ellison High School in Killen, Darius embarked on a path that would see them excel not only academically but also athletically. The high school years bore witness to Darius’ emergence as a force to be reckoned with in the realm of sports. With relentless dedication and an unwavering work ethic, he earned their stripes as a two-time state wrestler, etching his name in the annals of local sports history.

As he entered a new chapter in
life, the world of boxing beckoned. March of 2015 marked the beginning of Darius' pugilistic journey. Fueled by a fire within, they trained tirelessly, absorbing the art of boxing and turning it into an extension of their being. Each punch, each training session, was a step towards their newfound passion.
